工程教育认证背景下《食品分析》思政育人路径探索

摘要:《食品分析》作为食品类专业的核心课程,具有较强的理论性和实践性,旨在为社会培养合格的食品分析检验技术人才。本文从《食品分析》课程特点和任务出发,结合教学内容,阐述了实施思政教育的必要性,探讨了《食品分析》课程思政育人路径的构建手段,包括做好教学准备工作、加强教师团队德育建设、深入挖掘课程思政元素、灵活使用教学手段和完善教学考核模式,旨在为当前工程教育专业认证背景下《食品分析》及其他课程思政工作的推进提供理论指导。

Exploration on Ideological and Political Education Path of “Food Analysis” under the Background of Engineering Education Certification

AbstractAs the core course of food majors, “Food Analysis”has strong theoretical and practical nature, and aims to cultivate qualified food analysis and inspection technicians for the society. Starting from the characteristics and tasks of “Food Analysis”, combined with the teaching content, this paper expounded the necessity of implementing ideological and political education, and discussed the construction of the path of ideological and political education, which included doing a good job of teaching preparation, strengthening the moral construction of teachers’team, deeply excavating the ideological and political elements of the curriculum, flexibly using teaching means, and improving the teaching assessment mode, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the promotion of ideological and political work of “Food Analysis”and other courses under the background of current engineering education professional certification.
